Shipping and Return

Thank you for visiting Shopgood! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy outlining how we handle shipping for your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all business and residential addresses within New Zealand, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

2. Processing Time

Orders placed before 8am Monday - Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed anytime over a weekend, or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Allow extra time for rural delivery and over holiday periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping within New Zealand is $8.50 for standard items. Shipping cost for bulk items will be calculated on the checkout page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your order right to your door. If you can’t find this email, then please contact hello@shopgood.co.nz for assistance.

You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

5. Issues with Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact the admin team at hello@shopgood.co.nz so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the inability to claim through the courier, and we will therefore not be responsible for replacing the item.

7. Returns

 To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Us: hello@shopgood.co.nz to request a return authorization within 14 days of receiving the shipment. 
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. 
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method for your return. 
  4. Shipping cost: Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service. 

7. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
